How to add Skype on your PSP and call someone who cares.

PSP has a new addition that just might make you call your crazy grandma in Greece more often to see how many new degrees of sanity she has invented. For those of you that have been stuck in a time warp for the past 5 years, (was the trip down the rabbit hole really worth it?) Skype is software that you can install on your PC or in this case your PSP and call anyone in the world (or universe according to grandma.. help!) who also has Skype for FREE. Now when crazy grandma keeps you on the phone for 3 hours describing how her house plants like to play tag with her 8 cats, you can afford to see a therapist. Serenity Now!!

Skype only works with the sony psp-2000 series (PSP Slim & Lite)which was released in October of 07. The older version doesn’t have enough onboard memory for skype to work. So if you bought your psp b4 october of 07 and have an older version (IE fat) you are SOL. Don’t ya just love capitalism? You buy one thing, and the company makes something better so you have to buy it all over again if you want the new features. Anyway thanks for the question and stopping by.
